Reservation confirmation

• Reservations made on our website are subject to confirmation. This confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer when booking.
• Cars cannot be taken off the island for any reason.
• The car models shown on our website are intended to serve as examples and may be exchanged for others with similar characteristics. We never guarantee a brand, colour, model or type of fuel.
• There is no charge for changes and cancellations.
• It is possible to return the car outside office hours, subject to prior authorization. The renter is responsible for the vehicle at all times, even when it is returned outside these hours.

Driver age

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving licence for at least one year.
• For special groups,the minimum age is 25 years old, with four years as a licence holder.
• Drivers under the age of 25 are charged a one-time young driver fee of €20 per rental. This fee is charged only once for the duration of the contract.

What does the price include

• Unlimited mileage.
• Free additional driver.

• Comprehensive insurance with excess.

Excess

• Groups B-C1-C2 = 550,00 +VAT
• Groups D1-D2 = 600,00 + VAT
• Groups R1-R2 = 800,00 + VAT
• Group G = 1500,00 + VAT
• Groups Z = 1000,00 + VAT

• Impact and damage to the underside of the car, including running boards.
• Reckless driving or driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs
• Traffic Fines

Not included in the price

• Extra services (car seats, booster seats, special deliveries, second additional driver, service outside regular hours).
• Fuel.

Optional Insurances

For just € 5 more a day, we offer optional coverage (SRC) to cover damage to wheels, glass and mirrors. This will exempt you from any expenses incurred due toany of these unforeseen circumstances. Bear in mind that a simple puncture costs much more than that. 
If you want to enjoy a worry-freestay on Menorca, we recommend full coverage (SCDW). For just € 9 a day, this includes wheel, glass and mirror insurance (SRC).  
None of our insurances covers damage to the underside of the car or running boards.

Method of payment

• Payment is by credit card., Credit car has to be from the main driver.
• Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• We can accept payment by debit card, Visa Electron and in cash if you take out SCDW coverage. Under no circumstances damage to the underside of the car and running boards are covered.
• For Group (G),Cabriolet,payment is by credit card only.

Delivery (pick-up)

• Cars must be picked up during office hours, 9.00-11.45 a.m. and 5.00-7.45 p.m. See Office Hours.
• Hours for the Menorca Airport office are 7.00 a.m.-10.00 p.m. We have an office in the arrivals hall.It is not necessary to leave the terminal to pick up yourcar. Car pick-up after 10.00 p.m.is considered outside office hours and a €30 fee will be charged for this service.
• Pick-up at the ferry station at Mahon harbour Port of Mahón and/or Ciutadella harbour is only available for passengers arriving by ship. The fee for this service is €30.

Return (drop-off)

• The vehicle must be returned tothe same office where it was picked up by the time agreed upon in the contract.
• We allowa grace period of 59 minutes. After this time, you will be charged for an extra day.
• Vehicles may be returned to a different office from where they were picked up for a € 40 surcharge. This service is free for rentals of seven or more days.
• Private parking is available for returns at Menorca Airport.
• No refunds are made once rental has started. 

Fuel Policy

• Our prices do not include fuel.
• For rentals of 4 or more days, cars are supplied with ½ tank of  fuel to travel  and  cars have to be returned empty; there is no refund for unused         fuel. Remember that the amount is added to the price indicated during booking when the car is picked up. The price will depend on the type of   fuel and tank capacity on each car model.
• For rentals of 4 or less days, the car can be eturned with the same amount of fuel as it had when it was picked up.

Extra Services

• Baby seat, booster seat: € 4each/day, maximum of € 44/rental.
• Second additional driver: € 3.50/day, maximum of € 35/car.
• Delivery service to hotels and harbours: € 30 (pick-up and return)
• Additional insurance cover  (SRC) for damage to wheels, windows and mirrors: € 5/day.
• Additional insurance full cover (SCDW) including (SRC) : € 9/day. Under no circumstances this insurance covers damage to the underside of the car and running boards,this is always the responsibility of the renter.
