Tours from Alaior
Alaior has one of the island’s main industrial centres. And the town is also rightly seen as the cradle of the internationally known Menorcan cheese. It is also famous for its production of embutidos (cold sausages), sweet pastries and liqueurs and the manufacture of the shoes for a prestigious internationally-known brand.
Nearby you can visit of the settlement of Torre d’en Galmés, the biggest archaeological site on Menorca. The Alaior area also has two of the most popular serviced beaches on the island: Cala en Porter and Son Bou.
